The receptionist was very rude and incredibly patronising. The rest of the staff seemed to also have a 'can't be bothered with you' attitude as well. The only decent person was the NHS doctor who was temporarily using the hospital due to the pandemic. He was brilliant and very good. The five stars are ONLY for him! As for the non-NHS staff that work there they all get zero stars from me. They need to stop being rude and treat all patients and visitors with dignity and respect!!

My experience with this hospital was great. All the medical staff, physio, catering staff were both helpful and professional. I was taken very good care of during my stay. I would highly recommend this.

My first visit was exceptional. The lady that did my pre meeting was so bubbly and informative. I believe she was so positive I went in and left Positive . I think her name was Tanya anyway bubbly. My second visit I believe that they were short staff and they did their best.. The day I went home was not the best.

I was admitted for TKR surgery in October 2019 and spent a total of 3 nights at the hospital. I was looked after extremely well and have nothing but praise for the surgical, medical and support staff there. The aftercare that I have received from the Physiotherapy department has been exemplary and has contributed greatly to the recovery that I am enjoying.

I stayed over night on 26 november after a hernia repair with Mr Dvorkin. What wonderful staff! They could not do enough for me. Although i was nhs i was treated the same as a paying patient. I recommend this hospital highly. Thank you all very much.
